  • What Shipping Methods Are Available?

    We ship all of our orders by three major carriers, UPS, FedEx and OnTrac. Ground shipping is free for orders ship to 48 contiguous states of U.S. Expedited delivery services will be charged based on the actual charge from the carrier. We do offer Next Day, Second Day or Three-Day select shipping service. Please indicate your preferred shipping method if it is express shipping.
  • How do you charge shipping for orders from Alaska or Hawaii?

    If you are ordering from Alaska or Hawaii, please choose flat shipping charge at Checkout, the shipping charge will be automatically added to the grand total. We are not able to offer free shipping to customers located in these two states as all orders will be shipped by air and cost is too high to be covered by our store.
  • How Long Will It Take To Get My Package

    Orders are usually processed the day we receive them Depending upon the stock status and the time when order was received some orders may ship the second day, or on back order. Customers will be notified of back order status by our customer service team if the item is not in stock. We are shipping from two warehouses located in Los Angeles, CA and Louisville, KY for fast delivery, shipment usually takes two to four days in transit. Tracking information is provided once the package is picked up by the carrier.

    We do ship internationally. Please send us email with your order details and we will send you a PayPal invoice for payment before we process your order.   • How Can I Return A Product?

    Your purchase is guaranteed for satisfaction, if at any time you are not happy with your purchase please feel free to send the products back with a track-able method by known delivery carrier. Please make sure all items in original package and are in resell-able condition. Once your package is received and inspected we will issue credit to your original payment method, please allow at least 7 business days for the credit to show on your credit card statement.     All Me Emey Shoes have a 1-year, limited warranty in normal use against any manufacturer's defects, defective materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damages due to holes worn in toes, burn marks, punctures, cuts and abrasions from outside cause or mis-use and / or abuse by the wearer. The warranty maybe void if the user applies any materials not recommended, such as polish, oils, or other chemicals that result in damage to the material of the footwear. All products must be returned and inspected before full credit or replacement can be issued. does not offer pro-rate or partial credit. We will replace the defective shoes at our discretion.
